Episode 12a: Always pay your rent on time

In this podcast, I discuss the reasons why you need to be on time when it comes to paying your rent. If you signed for your units in your business name, it is imperative to pay it on time or the apartment complex can state that you did not pay on time. This is one thing that can lead to an eviction. And that eviction can prevent your business from getting more units at other complexes. Overall, pay your rent on time so that you can stay in the clear with your business and with your current/future customers.
