Today I am joined with Alannah, she is a blogger where she raises awareness of IBD. She has had Crohn's Disease since she was at College, she was only 17 when she was diagnosed. We cover a lot of topics. Alannah raises awareness to help others. She offers great advise, her Partner also has Crohn's Disease. This episode is a great listen.
