In this episode we explore Deb's journey to becoming a Bookkeeper and examine many of the challenges she faced along the way in establishing the right mix for her practice. We hear the various ways that Deb has learned to pivot, numerous times in her career as a Bookkeeper and the importance of continuing to be willing to do that on an ongoing basis. Most importantly, we hear in this episode about a very serious incident that occurred in February of 2021, that completely floored Deb's Bookkeeping Practice and spiralled into a situation, that every Bookkeeper and Business owner should listen to and gain learnings from.
