Episode 13 #Doubt

Episode 13 the seed of #doubt Iree Coaching proudly sponsoring LGBTQ Friendship Last week we talked about Ep12 #selflimitations the feedback from that was a lot of #doubt The seed was sown when we were young either by our parents at school by some significant other Like Radio1extra - #DottieTrashcan we need to throw that seed away simply because it is created problems, a lot of negative thought to whether “I can” feelings questions “can I!” Yet you know you can and still question. This might be be because someone in the family have tried and failed so it will happen to everyone in the family. Stop looking at what others have done, when you do/try you will surprise yourself and do it as you have had time to think and see how you would approach and succeed!! Believe you can you will and you can keep on trying till you achieve!! If you want to talk, FREE 15 min phone session, see what are you #doubting.
