from Strong Runner Chick Radio · host Megan Flanagan

Introduction Jen Brown is the Chief Coach and owner of Sparta Chicks. Jen is a Running and Triathlon Coach, podcast host, and reformed Lawyer. In addition to being a stepmother, daughter, and sister, Jen is often found trail running, drinking coffee, and watching Criminal Minds. How do you suggest we deal with this? -Who have been some of your favorite guests/episodes on Sparta Chicks Radio? -What are you fearing right now? -It seems as though you lead a very adventurous life! Any new adventures on the horizon? -What advice would you give your younger self? -What does being a Strong Runner Chick mean to you? -How can listeners connect with you?
