Episode 13: Mental Health (Part One)

from pUrposefully rANDoM · host pUrposefully rANDoM

As a black woman who has suffered TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) I know what it means to not feel at home in your own mind. I have suffered from depression and anxiety all of my life and finally hit my lowest about 2 years ago. I was afraid of who I was becoming and that propelled me to go to therapy and I have never been more connection to myself than ever. I have been come my true self. Today we began a series about mental health and will cover what it is, how it effects the black and brown community and much more.
