Episode 13 - Sara VanSise

Sara is a teacher and mom of three little ones.  Growing up as a college prep school student, she was focused on checking the boxes, pleasing people, and achieving high goals.  Then she found herself as a single mother with three children under the age of five... and discovered an incredible community that rallied to support her.  Sara encourages women to lean into their communities before hitting rock bottom and reminds them it's ok to ask for and accept help.  Now, Sara is paying it forward with new goals to help other moms through their journeys.
