For some of us, this is the hardest time of year - when the promise of the new year and those magical drunken resolutions we make for ourselves hit the frozen ground of reality. In my life, and through my limited research of growth, the topic of self-love comes up again and again so I wanted to dive into that a bit. There's an even an easter egg cover song at the end!
