As time went on, he started collecting seeds from banks he saw in High Times until 210 when shipments started getting confiscated. Forced to grow the seeds he had, Rocky fine-tuned his selection process, and was encouraged to use those selections to make seeds for himself and friends, a path that led to curating a niche menu of breeders putting out gear for hobbyists and connoisseurs.
