More than 2,000 videos on virtually every aspect of healthy eating are already available online, and new videos and blogs are uploaded every day. We also disseminate fact-based information through social media on the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet for wellness, disease prevention, healthy weight management, and longevity. Our reach is global, with a Spanish-language site, several Chinese platforms, and captions in many different languages on all of our videos.&nbsp;NutritionFacts.org was started with seed money and support by the Jesse &amp; Julie Rasch Foundation and incorporated as a 501c3 nonprofit organization in 2003.
