Episode 130: Dr. Ryan Neuhofel of NeuCare - Lawrence, KSDr. Ryan Neuhofel is a board-certified family physician. He was born, raised, and (mostly) educated in Kansas. He received a B.S. in Biology from Friend's University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Kansas prior to medical school at Kansas City University (DO). He completed his Family Medicine residency training at KU-Med where he served as Chief Resident.Shortly after finishing training, he founded NeuCare in 2011. He now lives in Lawrence with his wife, 4 kids, and 1 Labrador Retriever. When not cleaning up after his children or dog, he enjoys cooking, fine ales, and the great outdoors.In this podcast episode, Dr. Newh Huff discusses his journey in opening a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice back in 2011.
