Ukas gjest er Thor-Rune Haugen – for mange udødeliggjort som «Haugen i bua» fra Casino på TV Norge, mannen som satt midt i kaoset og holdt kontrollen når det kokte som mest på direkten.   Men historien hans starter lenge før TV-ruta. På 80-tallet var han musikkjournalist i Nye Takter og Beat, manager for Ronni Le Tekrø, og utviklet et helt spesielt forhold til Gene Simmons. Samtidig sto han bak radioprogrammer som 1001 Watt, Rock Peil, Riff 88 og Riff 89 – med heavy rock som rød tråd.   Senere ble han også et kjent ansikt som sportskommentator i NRK radiosporten og på TVNorge.   En allsidig fyr med en fot i både rock, sport og TV-underholdning – og ikke minst en ekstremt hyggelig type.
