I am delighted to welcome to The Podcast, Stef from Track Brewery based in Manchester. Track was born out of the inspiration that owner Sam Dyson gained in 2008 when he set out to cycle around the World. As Sam crossed from East Coast to West in the USA, he saw what the future of beer could become, and set about bringing it to the UK when he returned.
