Episode 132 - Coming Off of the Freddie Mac Exclusionary List

from Crushing Debt · host Yesner Law, P.L.

I've often talked and blogged about the Freddie Mac Exclusionary List. This week's episode of The Crushing Debt Podcast focuses, again, on tips, techniques and strategies to come off of the List. A real estate professional (Realtor, Mortgage, Buyer, Seller, Investor, Title Company, Attorney, Inspector, Appraiser, etc.) who finds themselves on the Exclusionary List cannot participate in a real estate transaction where Freddie Mac (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp or FHLMC) is a party. We have been successful in getting people off of the Exclusionary List. To be fair, we have also been unsuccessful in getting people off of the List, but we have many more approvals than denials.  You would be a HUGE help to Yesner Law if you would please share this episode with any Mortgage Officer that you know - they have access to the List and can refer us people who find themselves on the List.  Have them contact us at [email protected] or www.YesnerLaw.com.
