Episode 132 - Dr Owen Li

On Episode 132, we are honoured to have Dr Owen Li on the show. Owen is a Doctor of Social Science specialising in recreational fishing activity. Owen joins us on the show today to discuss the wide spread shark problem that recreational commercial anglers have been experiencing in recent years. Owen is on of the main guys behind the info fish app called "Sharkd". This app is a free app that provides researchers like Owen valuable data on non desirable shark interactions so that this information can be studied by those that can effect policy and change. Many anglers complain about the shark problem yet are still not aware of the app, but will complain that nothing is being done about the problem.
