Episode 133: Booking inclusive services vs hiring multiple vendors

This episode of Mastering Mitzvahs comes as a reaction to a post on a Facebook mitzvah planning group. A parent posted a question looking for dancers as the DJ he or she hired said "the dancers he normally uses were not available." While we feel horrible for this family, who is now stuck in a sticky situation, we also realize this topic should be expanded upon and dissected. Did the client hire the wrong company? OR did the DJ mislead from the beginning? What if the topic wasn't dancer related and instead was about a photo booth?
