I truly believe that in order to unlock your aligned woman and to really embody her you need to do deep transformational mindset, subconscious energetic work around these four key areas. It all centres around the death of my Mum and how I had to teach myself to dream again. Learning how to dream again was this gorgeous gift that I gave myself when I was at a point of real disconnection and living as my disconnected woman.
