Øyvind Mund er endelig på plass i 80-tallspodden – mannen bak det fantastiske programmet «Gylne Tider». Programmet ble sendt på TV 2 over fire sesonger mellom 2002 og 2016. Sammen med kollegene Steinar og Ingar reiste han verden rundt og intervjuet kjendiser fra 70-, 80- og 90-tallet.   I denne episoden tar Øyvind oss med bak kulissene i «Gylne Tider» og forteller om flere av de mest minneverdige møtene han hadde gjennom årene.
