Kim describes the profound insights to their research and highlights Gen Z and Gen Alpha (13-year-olds). The research showcases incredible strengths when they develop a strong identity, agency, and self-concept—especially when bolstered by faith.  When we are open to listening intently, making others feel important and worthy of our time and love, and by providing opportunities to connect with younger and older generations, THIS, bridges the gap so that we can all flourish together!  So, parents, take heart! These findings highlight that there's so much going right with our younger generation.  Interestingly, adolescents crave meaningful relationships with their mothers and need active involvement from their fathers.
