The festival is back for the 3rd time and we had the pleasure of chatting to the man who started it all- our friend, return guest and iconic Perth Italian Australian- Mr Accordion Man AKA Frank Miranda!!! Frank and his dedicated and hard working team of volunteers who make up the Perth Italian Festival Committee have been working since last years festival to make this day happen.
