Steve Symonds is a return guest to the show (previously Ep#40) and we discuss his new role as a High Performance Coach specialising in Team Performance, Leadership and Team Culture.  Steve was previously the Senior Coach of Collingwood Fc AFLW team between 2019-2023, head coach in SANFL with Norwood Women's team and numerous other positions as coach for over 20 yers in state and local level football.
