Episode 136 | Devin Krotman Nashville Dad Walks

On this episode we have on Devin Krotman.  Devin was a huge help for us with taking lead on our Nashville based dad community including organizing walks and hang outs. We talked about  anxiety, how he feels about having a son after having 2 daughters,  his life as a stay at home dad, postpartum male depression, and how he got connected with us.  Devin shares his story of getting laid off from a job while on paternity leave and pivoting to stay at home parent life.  Since recording this episode Devin had his third kid and has stepped back with helping out organize dad community in Nashville. Our friend Evan is helping out with taking lead.
