I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Don from Crop Beer based in Southsea. Don honed his craft at both Dig Brew and Tap It, before launching Crop in 2021, initially contract brewing, before taking on the brewery at the Greenwich in Southsea, Portsmouth. Crop is passionate about innovation as a constant, and if that means breaking things because they push them to far, well that’ll be lessons learned.
