Episode 137: Things that are Passing Away (Proper 20)

Luci Hoad and Jordan Ware, co-hosts of Two Feminists Annotate the Bible, join us to talk about repelling barbarians and new collects for the modern inconvenience of ailing technology. This week's prayer: Grant us, Lord, not to be anxious about earthly things, but to love things heavenly; and even now, while we are placed among things that are passing away, to hold fast to those that shall endure; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. Image: Eyal6699 (https://www.flickr.com/photos/eyals_photostream/), distributed under a CC BY license.
