Dr. Kristen discusses some of the causes of insomnia and we discuss insomnia in marginalized individuals and how racial and ethnic minorities are disproportionately impacted by sleep problems. Dr. Kristen then goes on to discuss treatments for insomnia, as well as discusses tips to enhance sleep quality in individuals who may not have insomnia but still struggle with sleep.
