Episode 138: My Friends Foxing

The big-time was never meant for a band like Foxing. They grew up on the outskirts of any real music scene in St. Louis, Missouri, often having to venture outwards or create their own scene and community from within. It's with this, however, that Foxing have become cult heroes. While a typical show from the band won't be filling out big theatres or arenas, everyone in attendance is devoted to the band's passionate and inventive take on emo-revival indie-rock. Look no further than their maiden voyage to Australia as living proof of this, as the band played to tiny, packed rooms full of screaming, adoring fans.
