Episode 14: A Series of Unfortunate Events (and Weddings)

from The Morning After Ministry Show · host Andrew Larsen & Timothy Miller

After several years out of pocket, Timmy made his triumphant return to the studio and was very excited to talk about his Jaguars and a few other topics near and dear to his heart. We recapped last week’s show and talked about the impact of having smart women around. We talked about how to wrap up one teaching series and promote another. We discussed the benefits and difficulties of a long series, and we debated how long a teaching series should be. We changed the tone and then discussed family time. Both of us have a lot of kids, and time with the family is crucial. We talked about strategies to spend time with our whole families as well as the importance of spending one on one times with each of our kids.We talked weddings and the difference between each and every wedding service. We discussed the difference in ceremony types and audiences, and the importance of incorporating the gospel into each one. We closed the show by talking about church events and calendars, and the type of events that are draining to the staff and membership.
