Episode 14: Aggressive Protocols, Education, Accountability and Perspective with Stephanie Marie

There is a lot of conversation right now in the Bodybuilding world as to what is OK and what is not as far as coaching protocols. In this episode I hope to give some perspective as I understand how invested we can become in the outcome of the process. There are no pointing fingers here as that is not the goal, there is accountability to be had with every party and the only way to change things is to self-reflect and align ourselves with the goals we have while being very aware of the personal boundaries that need to be established.
