In this epsiode I interview Josh about his experiences of anxiety and obsessive thinking. Josh though managed to find something that changed his expereince of anxiety and how he views the world and that was music. He discusses a music project that he started called ´The Canary Yellow´, in which he explores his own relationship to anxiety. He finds that expressing his problems in this way can be incredibly cathartic and can lead to understanidng and acceptance.  We explore many different areas including vulnerability, creativity, self-compassion and more.
