On this special episode of Through the Lens, Alex and Davis along with special guest Damia Scott talk about some of the most recent influential movies concerning Black History. First they go through some of the biggest movie news, including the rumored Superman movie, Blue Beetle, and Guardians of the Galaxy 3. They then get right into it discussing three movies: 12 Years a Slave, Malcolm X and Do the Right Thing. They talk about the movies themselves, as well as their significance and some of the questions they might pose.
