Episode 14 - Dean the come back kid journey with Crohn's Disease

In today's episode I am joined with Dean who has Crohn's Disease, he was diagnosed at a very young age he hasn't really known a life without Crohn’s, but Dean likes to be positive about it and to raise awareness. Dean speaks about his journey so far. Dean also mentions about a good app that he points out it's good to share with your family what's it’s like to live with and IBD. Dean has a stoma bag too he spreads awareness through his bag too, Dean says he has met some great people in the IBD community. This episode is a great listen. Dean has just recently done a charity run for charity very close to his heart a 10K run for justlife well done Dean!
