This week the fellas host Bret Postal from Hot Butter Podcast and his theme of Rebellion! After unveiling the origin story of Paul's love of parody song making, Bret introduces us to an album he discovered at the tender age of 11 that kept him and the boys company through out their hockey playing careers. Meanwhile, Paul steps into the 90's with an album his son brought to him for his work-outs and Chris drops back to the late 70's with the founding fathers of everything that is punk.
