Episode 14: In The Wilderness...

The wilderness is a season where believers will experience testing, trials, spiritual attack, and even isolation. As children of God, we cannot escape the wilderness, however we can rest in knowing that any weapons that are formed against us, it will not prosper. Believe it or not, the wilderness season has some benefits. One of those benefits is having a deeper encounter with God. The wilderness is a place where God will speak to His people and reveal His glory to them. We will learn how to walk each day with dependency on God. In the desolate pit of the wilderness, God’s voice will become crisp, we will grow deeper as children of God, our hearts will turn, and our thoughts will become pure, and we will learn how to wage war. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the significance of the wilderness and what often happens while we are walking through the desolate paths in the wilderness. Even though the wilderness can be unpleasant at times, God promised to be with us. He promised that He will never forsake us nor leave us. The wilderness is meant to test us, and with testing comes a deeper revelation of God.
