Currently, many builders and developers are building to the  "the minimum SDA standards" within the NDIS market, and unfortunately, some of these minimum standards may not help meet additional requirements of participants and thus may have negative impacts and limit opportunities for participants to really engage in everyday activities.If investors, builders and providers were more aware of appropriate designs to enhance and work towards “best practice” by using Fit-For-Purpose products that are specifically designed for these applications, then outcomes for participants would be better achieved within the SDA home or apartment market.
