Episode 14 - Interview w/ 0Stella

In this episode, I had the chance to have a Graventown chat with Liz Pomeroy who is known musically as 0Stella. 0Stella [oh-Stella] is the solo project of Edmonton-based, Irish-Canadian artist Liz Pomeroy. Ruthlessly authentic alt-rock blends with traditional Irish fiddle and bodhrán to create catchy pop melodies with oft-politically charged lyrics drenched in irony and rebelliousness. Whether singing in her native Irish language or English, 0Stella is reminiscent of Garbage, Paramore, PJ Harvey and The Frames.  The zero-waste advocate (hence the zero in her name) will embark on a Canada-wide solo cycling album tour in March 2022 in support of her upcoming Freefall LP.
