The 14th episode of “What the M” features Jerry Mavellia, CEO of Guardian Asset Management Inc. Founded in 2007, Guardian has successfully managed and protected valuable assets for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, federal, state, local government agencies, and private mortgage banks. Guardian is a passionate, forward-thinking preservation service organization specializing in timely conveyance and REO sales for the forward and reverse mortgage industry. With Jerry’s extensive background in finance and real estate, and his vision and passion for the industry, he and Guardian are a perfect fit! Jerry has a BS from Fordham University (Go Rams!) and began his career straight out of college at JP Morgan Chase. He then founded Asset Management Specialists, Inc., before moving into his current leadership role at Guardian.
