Hey guys, this is the Daily P5, Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018. The time is 6.45 pm Eastern Standard Time. And today I just wanted to go over some feedback and answer some questions that I had received over the last few days since I've been putting more podcasting content out. And the first one that I got here was an email from someone obviously from the iTunes podcast channel where all of my content is asking if I'm still doing the leadership podcast and the EMS podcast and what this podcast is about and so on and so forth.
And so let me just explain again and I think I maybe talked about this way back a couple weeks ago when I started doing this daily kind of a podcasting. So first of all, yes, I'm still doing and I will still be doing all of the real studio quality podcasting that I've done that I started back in 2016. That's the seven minute leadership podcast and EMS talk. Those are all available on iTunes and also available on paulfavalavoledopodcast.com.
So this little daily thing is not the only podcast that I do. I do have two studio produce shows that are out there and I will be doing more of those. Unfortunately, in 2017 with my real job, with my EMS job, it was such an insanely crazy busy year that I absolutely just had no time to be able to sit down and write any shows and put any content out. So I hope you guys understand that.
This daily podcasting, again, it's just meant to be a quick little thing at some point during the day where I just sit down and share some thoughts and things on my mind. I do this from my phone. I'm not doing it in my podcasting studio. So again, no bells, no whistles, just me being able to talk to everybody and still put content out onto my channels and still be able to engage all of the listeners that have subscribed and signed up to listen to my podcast.
So a lot more is coming as well as a brand new show that I'm going to be unveiling here in the coming weeks, a Hot Topics podcast. I'm going to do that with Gellman and a few other folks. So and kind of my intent is to do that weekly at the same time each week and actually do that live. So that should be a lot of fun.
I'm just still in the process of writing all the content for those first five episodes and getting that ready to go. Now, excuse me. I know that was gross. I'm sick, still sick, but getting better.
Anyways, next feedback I got someone said, how come you haven't been doing any photography in the last couple of weeks? Well, like I just said, I'm sick. I've been incredibly ill and I've never been this sick in my life and I've not really left my house to do anything. That means no photography.
But again, the creative side of my brain, it never sleeps. It never stops. So that's why I decided in the last couple of weeks to start the podcast back up because, again, I'm not. I'm sitting at home.
I'm cooped up. I can't do much of anything. I'm looking at my camera right now. I'm staring at it, wishing that I could get pictures.
I've been watching all the other photographers that I know taking some amazing winter pictures yesterday and some amazing fog pictures of the city over the last few weeks and it's killing me. I want to get back out there and do that. I just have not been able to because I have been very sick. So the backfill for that is to start doing podcasts again, which I've tried to put out as many as I can.
But here's the problem. When you're sick, podcasting is all about your voice and I sounded like Darth Vader for a few days. And so there's a couple days where I just couldn't do it. I didn't have the energy to do it.
Thought I sounded horrible. And so that's what's been happening. But all in all, yes, the photography is coming back. Yes, the studio produced podcasts are coming back.
Yes, I'm going to be doing a new podcasting show here. So again, in the meantime, I enjoy doing all of it. I enjoy the creative works that I can put out there, whether it's a picture or a podcast for everybody to look at or listen to and enjoy. Do me a favor.
The greatest gift that you can give to me. Obviously, whether it's a picture or a podcast to share it. Leave a comment, especially the podcast, jump over to iTunes, leave a star rating for me if you would in a comment. The more star ratings podcast shows get, the more comments they get, the more fuel that gives iTunes to be able to promote those kinds of things.
I would love to see these shows pick up a lot of traction and start to get promoted and get out there and get even more listens than they already do. So that's the very best thing you can do to help me with the podcast stuff. As always, I enjoy and appreciate the feedback info at paulfalfalavolitopodcast.com. And also, if you jump onto my website, paulfalfalavolitopodcast.com, there's a little link you can click.
It's called Get Your Feedback on the Air or actually appear on the show. If you want to be on a podcast with me, I have a very slick little system. I can dial you up, record that phone call, and we can plug you into a podcast. So that's it.
I'm going to leave it there for today. As always, I thank you all very much for listening. I'll see you guys soon.
