Episode 14 - Standing for WFOT Council Member Seat with Dr Kee Hean Lim

from OT & Chill · host OT Chill

Members of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) have the democratic right to select a candidate for the seat of Council Member, International Affairs – World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT). One of the candidates for this seat is Dr Kee Hean Lim. With the ballots closing on Friday, 24th July 2020 at 12noon, I took an opportunity to have a conversation with Dr Lim about what the position involves and the reasons behind him deciding to stand for it. There are two other candidates (Majorie Gardner & Dr Yvonne Thomas) going for the position. Below is a link to all thier manifesto statements. file:///C:/Users/Client/Downloads/Ballot%20-%20election%20statements(1)%20(2).pdf  If you want to share your thoughts and opinions on what you hear, you can contact me via twitter (@ot_chill) Instagram (otandchill) and email ([email protected]) If you would like to be a guest on the podcast, please drop me an email too on the address above.
