Choose a time that feels calm—early morning, during your evening wind-down, or even during a walk in nature.Light a candle or hold a crystal (Amethyst, Selenite, or Clear Quartz work beautifully).Close your eyes and say: “Spirit Guides, I invite you in. Please share any guidance or insight I need today.”Then be still. Breathe. Let the moment unfold. Write down any words, images, or feelings that come through.🔹 2. Ask for a SignEach morning this week, ask your guides to send you a specific sign that they’re near. You can choose one (like a feather, butterfly, number pattern, or song), or leave it open-ended with:“Show me a sign in a way that I will understand.”Then go about your day with awareness. What shows up?🔹 3. Spirit Guide Journaling PromptOnce this week—or every day if you’d like—write in your journal:“What message do my guides have for me today?” Write freely.
