She holds Graduate Certifications in Change Management, IT and Business Information Systems, Project Management and Holistic Nutritional Advising. Felicia is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Coaching & Leadership at Walden University. Felicia completed residency in Barcelona, Spain and will continue studies abroad to deepen her creative perspective. She is the founder and CEO of Gifted Group, and founder of Getting Involved for the Elimination of Domestic Violence (GIFTED), Inc. Felicia connects small business owners and nonprofits with their target audience through an intimate, luxurious experience that yields profits and long lasting relationships. Felicia often contributes to philanthropic efforts in the community where she serves on various boards, coalitions, and commissions for youth and families. Felicia enjoys singing, hosting friends and family, and traveling.
