I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Thom from Liquid Light Brew Co based in Nottingham. Liquid Light was founded by Thom in 2017, with a focus on combining his love for beer and music. Initially brewing on a nano-kit in his garden shed, Thom progressed to cuckoo brewing at Magpie Brewery for a while, before establishing his own Brewery and Taproom in June 2021 in the Sneinton suburb of Nottingham.
