Episode 141: The Mentor Squad with Steph & Steph

On this episode we have the whole Executive Clinical Athlete Provider Mentor Team — Quinn Henoch, Zak Gabor, Steph Allen, and Steph Mundt. We started as the 4 mentors in the Clinical Athlete Provider Certification Program exactly two years ago in March of 2024. Our mentor team has now grown to 8 and counting, but there’s been a ton of growth in many other aspects over the last 2 years. So, we thought it’d be a great opportunity to get the 4 of us on the show for the first time together, and reflect on the last two years.  There’s a lot of great nuggets to take away from this about working with a team and continuing your professional development within leadership positions.  We hope you enjoy!
