Episode 142: Lost in Transition

from hot pursuit by AsianBossGirl · host Emily, Madelyn, Jen

Many large life milestones typically occur in our 20s and 30s - Things like work promotions, moving to new cities, developing serious romantic relationships, buying a home, getting married, starting a family, etc. - all events and occurrences that are markers of growth and progress. Between these milestones are periods that can often feel like stagnancy. Nothing’s really wrong in life - in fact, things can feel pretty stable and ok, but so stable and ok that you feel like you’re on auto-pilot - not really inspired and not really excited, and not really growing. You find yourself wondering “what’s next”? Listen in as we talk through Mel's current state of transition, and as Helen and Janet share their past experiences with feeling lost and stuck too. Leave a 💛emoji if you can relate!
