Episode 143: "Turbulence"

Many times we protect our clients from having to worry about the things we deal with behind the scenes. When we let those things out, that is when the anxiety can creep in. Causing all kinds of problems and nervousness that maybe didn't need to be caused. Today on our flight to LA, en route to Puerto Vallarta, we hit some significant turbulence and the flight attendant, visibly and audibly nervous said, "stay in your seats and flight attendants return your seats". His reaction was scarier than the actual drop in elevation. It reminded me of how we can get our clients worked up if we don't keep our game face on.
