Episode 144: Cozy Soups and Sandwiches

After a busy day, soup and a sandwich can be a quick, simple meal that is oh-so-satisfying. Extra points if you dip your sandwich. We have two soups that come together in no time and a sandwich that is made the day before. Try a Russian version of chicken noodle soup, a  roasted red pepper soup and an Italian pressed sandwich. All you have to do is sit down and enjoy.
