Today, I am joined by Steve Fenster the founder and president of NJveg, and is now a full-time volunteer.  He holds degrees in Biology, Business Administration, and Computer Science from Rutgers University, and worked as a systems engineer.  Steve has been vegan for 16 years and was vegetarian for 7 years prior.  He is a lifelong New Jersey resident, and has lived in the northern, central, and (currently) southern portions of the state. NJveg is an all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to educating the public on the benefits of a plant-based life while providing support, volunteer opportunities, and social events throughout New Jersey.
