Our three branches of government really come into play when it comes to Pardons, Expungements and Clemency and cleaning once criminal slate.  The FTP Fam was joined by Michael Lee, Esq., Co-Founder of Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity (PLSE ) and Local Expungement guru.  Mike explained the differences between expungements and pardons and gave us a refresher course in the three branches of our government and its branch role in the process to clear up one’s criminal record.  We heard from some of our listeners who think if a person commits a vicious crime there should not be any forgiveness and other let us know the struggles they have endured in an effort to get a second chance.  Where do you fall on the forgive “them” or not issue?
