The hilltop facility boasts a state-of-the-art production unit, a vineyard with several grape varieties, and a private tasting room. Meanwhile, the Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery features a 6,600-square-foot osteria with panoramic Verde Valley views, a barrel room, an on-site greenhouse, and an outdoor patio. Guests can savor classics from the original menu, including handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas, all overlooking the adjacent 8,000-case production facility.
