This test provides a long-term view of how minerals are being utilized, stored, and excreted—offering insights that traditional bloodwork often misses So many of the gymnasts we work with are underfueled (or have been) AND depleted in the major minerals involved in proper energy production, hormone regulation, and stress resilience.
