Kickstarter’d, delayed, reshot, remixed, edited, EP’d and shepherded to the screen by rising superstar horror director Mike Flanagan and a host of other contemporary horror creators, is Shelby Oaks THE horror debut from a YouTube content creator worthy of all those hyperbolic quotes on the poster?
